Healthy Snacking this Summer

Who doesn’t love good snacks? As Summer brings on its heat🔥 the last thing many of us want to do is get stuck cooking every meal. As more fruits and veggies become available this season, we have the opportunity to eat a wider range of delicious, healthy nutrient-dense snacks. Here are some of our favorite snacks we like to have packed and ready to go for when we get off our boards!💦🏄🏼‍♂️

  1. FRUIT!- banana, mango, grapes, pineapple watermelon, sliced apples, seasonal cherries🍉🍌🍓
  2. Sliced celery or apples with almond butter🍏
  3. Sliced cucumbers, peppers, celery and carrots with hummus🥕🥒
  4. Chips and homemade guacamole 🥑
  5. Açaí bowls
  6. Veggie lettuce wraps
  7. Quick overnight oats in your choice of milk topped with fresh berries
  8. Mixed nuts
  9. Baked sweet potatoes topped with cinnamon🍠🍠
  10. Soul sprout granola bars
