Sally S Bruno E-RYT 200, RYT 500, PaddleFit Core Certified and World Paddle Association Class 1 Instructor is an east coast native of Egyptian roots who started exploring yoga and paddleboarding in 2007. She was looking for something to calm her mind and ease her anxiety. Listening to her body and connecting with her breath helped her meet herself, mentally and emotionally. Sally has always been drawn to the healing, empowering and balancing energies of the water and nature. Standup paddleboard opened a whole new world, allowing her to explore still waters and the rough waves of the ocean, paddling out with friends and navigating into the remotest of areas... all while cultivating strength and balance and a connection to the sublime. It is on her board that she finds the greatest balance and peace. After experiencing her own personal transformation on land and on water, it became her passion to share the magic of paddling and SUP Yoga with everyone.

Amy Moskaluk-Boyle, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and as a young child found her passion for dancing. Trained, performed and competed her whole life, she now enjoys giving back to the next generation of dancers at her studio AIM Academy that she owns and instructs at with her long time business partner.
Not having the opportunity to dance for herself and missing it terribly she was introduced to Hot Yoga and the void was filled. Early on her practice was sporadic but after a back injury sidelined her from teaching her students she committed to a steady regimen. Healing the back injury through yoga was eye opening. She chose to deepen her practice and became a 200 hour RYT in 2013.
She prides herself in learning something new all of the time and added Paddle Board Yoga to that list. Her love for the water and adoration of yoga led her to complete her SUP Yoga Certification in the summer of 2016 through Flow Paddle Yoga.
Brittany Torstrup RYT-200/BA Psychology Brittany has been practicing yoga since the summer of 2015, Sally Bruno being one of her many inspirations. Sally’s open and kind heart assisted Brittany to use hers to help individuals similarly. She attended a yoga retreat in Costa Rica with Sally in March 2016 with a fear of the water and the unknown. Ever since she stepped on a paddleboard; she has completely released all fears, anxieties & has actually fallen in love with the practice throughout the process. She explored the traditions of yoga in Goa, India through a vigorous life changing month of training where she received her certification from Himalaya Yoga Valley. All of her classes are geared towards self love and practicing yoga all throughout the day, not just while being in class. Brittany has a passion for changing lives and supporting those around her. She believes in the divine powers of nature and holistic healing and loves to have fun & be real.
SUP Yoga weaves together April’s two favorite loves in life: Yoga and Stand Up Paddling! April started paddling in 2013 and did yoga on the board her very first time out.
April first tried yoga in college for a PE credit in 2000 and later started a regular home practice to alleviate stress while working in the corporate world. She found it helped tremendously with insomnia, anxiety and depression, and went on to complete her first 200-hour teacher training in 2006, after which she began teaching. In 2010, she received certifications for kid’s yoga and has taught in seven schools in the Princeton area. Since completing a 220-hour yearlong Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher training at the Khalsa Healing Arts Center in Yardley, PA, in 2016, April has been inspired to share her love of yoga with adults again. Her love of the water comes from many childhood summers spent on the lakes of Northern Michigan.
Cheryl Chang’s love for yoga began about 8 years ago. During this time, her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible. Not only has yoga helped in these physical aspects, but the practice of yoga has also inspired her to live each moment more mindfully. Working a full-time corporate job during the day, her yoga practice allows her to relieve stress, quiet the mind and create space within her body and heart. Cheryl took her practice off her mat in a studio and onto the water about 3 years ago. She completed her SUP yoga certification through Flow Paddle Yoga in July of 2016. Yoga has been such a gift in her life – mind, body & spirit. She is so grateful and excited for the opportunity to share her love for yoga and the blissful feeling of being on the water with others!
