When we practice yoga, connect with nature, practice mindful and healthy eating and living, we go a long way towards living a life of balance, in flow with energies of the universe within and all around us. Sometimes we need a little extra. A magical day, week, or even month to totally reset, retune, rejuvenate and bloom. Flow Paddle Yoga retreats were designed to do just that. We have taken tours through the jungles of Mexico, lounged by the ocean, dove off cliffs into clear fresh waters, connected on a soul level with horses and so much more. Paddle for a Cause! Come out, support efforts to prevent and cure cancer. Learn the fundamentals of yoga on the paddleboard and experience absolute freedom. For the athletes, this clinic is a great way to warm up for your race and prepare for recovery post-race. June 18th FPY at Windward Warrior Brick
Learn the fundamentals of SUP Yoga. This experience is specially designed for the brand new beginner to become comfortable and find stability on an unstable surface. Also good for racers to warm up their muscles and joints for the race and to unwind for optimum recovery.
Whether you are a racer or spectator, you will learn to connect to your breath and strength while staying fluid. You will learn to find and hold basic yoga postures on the board with ease and grace. You will become one with the board and all of nature around you. You will find your flow.

Join us on an adventure in the sea and in the air!

Fly in the air enjoying a playful AIReal Yoga session on the beach! Invert, spin, hang and stretch in more ways than you thought possible. Find your wings and learn to fly!
