Our teachers are highly trained and are able to hone in on each practitioner’s abilities, comforts and challenges. They provide tailored cues that allow each yogi to find peace and connection on the moving waters, even in our more challenging classes. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, we provide you with the perfect balance of zen and strength, calm and challenge, immersion and release.
Our instructors are WPA and Yoga Alliance certified, Red Cross Life Guard, CPR, First Aid & AED trained, ready and eager to guide you on the water.
